Back in April, I posted about my new favorite thing to wear, Swoveralls.

Today, I got a call from the founder.

If you don’t want to click the link and read the original post, here’s a quick summary. Swoveralls — a portmanteau of “sweatpant overalls” are exactly what that phrase implies: overalls made from the same type of fleece fabric as sweatpants or sweatshirts. They come in solid colors and in a variety of prints, many of them limited editions.

The company appeared on “Shark Tank,” although they did not end up making a deal and were able to thrive independently of the Sharks (albeit with the good publicity that comes from an appearance on the show).

I am a 62-year-old man with a gut. I am not a clothes horse, and much of my wardrobe comes from Walmart. But Swoveralls sounded fun, and also sounded like a comfortable thing to wear. I bought a solid blue pair and loved them.
